Developing a framework for creation of a pain toolkit for Nigerian adolescents with sickle cell disease

This project focuses on developing a patient-oriented framework for creating and evaluating a culturally relevant educational tool called “BoriZafi“, meaning welcoming pain as a combination of two Nigerian languages. The work aims to educate adolescents with sickle cell disease on non-pharmacological interventions for managing sickle cell crises.
